LAKELAND, Fla. – Police say a 27-year-old woman who was sexting a local politician as she walked into the path of a freight train and was clipped and thrown into the air, but survived to hit send on her last message.

Police say Shoulda Seen Itcomin appeared to be sexting Monday afternoon as she walked around the safety crossing gates and into the path of the passing freight train in Lakeland in central Florida.

Police Det. Gerald Cross told the Ledger of Lakeland the woman “wasn’t paying attention to the giant moving train.” She suffered a compound fracture to her right arm, and her right leg was injured – thankfully her sexting fingers are intact.

She was taken to a hospital, but no additional information was available, though its assumed she is being treated for her injuries.

A CSX spokeswoman Christine Seaworld says the train had two locomotives with a unspeakable caboose and was carrying consumer goods from Winter Haven to Jacksonville.

Two Amtrak trains were delayed during the investigation and rightly pissed off.
